Mineral Processing

Our mineral processing capabilities spread across iron ore, coal, gold, and barytes. These include both dry and wet beneficiation. We manufacture downstream sponge iron and iron ore pellets. We have developed in-depth knowledge on varying ore characteristics and metallurgy.
Equipment Refurbishment

Underpinned by robust and thorough testing facilities, an ecosystem of reliable and quality conscious parts and equipment suppliers; over numerous man hours we have built an in-depth core competency of refurbishing used equipment reliably and quickly.
Logistics

We own and operate multiple modes of material movement, including road, slurry pipelines, barges, and conveyors of transports.
Marketing

Since 2011, Thriveni has been involved in commodity trading through its subsidiary company, Thriveni Resomin Pte Limited, Singapore with the strategic trading partner Sojitz Corporation. We specialize in different products, including mining machinery parts, pellets, iron ore, minerals and coal.

EQUIPMENT CLASS

Excavators

Our company operates a diverse fleet of excavators, ranging from 20-ton to 360-ton class machines. These are deployed for both coal and overburden removal, ensuring efficient and large-scale mining operations.
Dump Truck

Our extensive fleet of over 100 dump trucks includes a wide range of carrying capacities, from 30-ton to 150-ton units. This allows us to efficiently manage the large-scale targets and goals.
Dozers

We operate a fleet of powerful bull dozers, ranging from 200 hp to 580 hp, for various site management needs. These machines are most effectively utilized for dump clearance, ensuring efficient and well maintained operational areas.
Motor Graders

Our fleet of motor graders features a range of sizes from 14ft to the world's largest 24ft 24H model. These machines are crucial for maintaining the mine site's roads and surfaces, ensuring they are kept in optimal condition for safety and operational efficiency.
Hauling Trucks

Our fleet of coal hauling trucks ranges from 30t single-capacity units to high-capacity double trailers of 110t, which are powered by Volvo FH16 prime movers. These vehicles are vital for the efficient and effective transport of coal directly from the mine pit to the port.
